As the Program Manager of the ACE, TLCC, and SAT programs at AYC, Rebecca has been an essential part of the Educational Enrichment Services Department. Her many contributions have been key to the successes the programs have had this past year.

On Saturday, February 24, 2018, the San Gabriel Police Department (SGPD) held its second Chinese community outreach AYC. The trilingual event was held in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and was led by Detective Huynh Nhat and Reserve Officer Jack Yao (who is on the AYC Community Advisory Board), and Police Officer Andy Texeira. Topics covered included traffic violations and traffic laws, the role of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, and mental illness – specifically the role of the School/Community Engagement Team (or SCET).
